Love to Eat — Without the Wheat?

Me too! I’m Chuck — I’m 8 years old. I’ve always had a great palette. I will try any food that comes my way.

About me

At 8 years old, I learned that I can’t eat gluten anymore. A couple months ago I was diagnosed with Celiac and ever since then I’ve had a gluten free diet. I may be young, but I eat oysters, lobster, salmon, and of course, steak, shrimp, pizza, bread, pasta, and bagels! Now, I want to bring people along while I explore gluten free foods in New York State. I want you, my readers, to understand how hard I’m going to be working for this community. I”m going to go to all the gluten free restaurants around the state taking pictures and tasting and rating foods for all of us!

Senza Gluten

Not what I expected! My first fully-GF restaurant. Full menu, one full meal that filled me up. I tried the Penne Bolognese (but ordered it with Fettucine). Sauce was dense, yet creamy. Fettucine perfectly cooked. Waitstaff were very nice, the mood was very Italian (like the food at the restaurant). Also tried the Burrata with garlic bread appetizer special — very creamy and a little cold (as my dad always tells me it should be). The garlic overcame the taste of the cheese in a good way.

Chuck says: 4.5 Stars (because there is always room for improvement).
